Construction Law Journal
The Construction Law Journal is published semi-annually by the Construction Law Section of the State Bar of Texas with the assistance of students from South Texas College of Law Houston. The purpose of the Journal is to publish well-researched, scholarly articles concerning matters of interest in the practice of Construction Law. Membership requires STCL Houston students who are in academic good standing, with an expressed interest in construction law, and proof of strong writing abilities. Applications for the staff are sent tot he Editor in Chief for selection.

Manuscripts for publications must be typed double-spaced with footnotes. Articles should be submitted electronically in Word format.
