Making a Payment

We understand the importance of security and simplicity when it comes to paying your tuition and fees. That’s why we offer multiple online payment options that ensure both convenience and peace of mind.

Choose the right option for you and your family.

Accessing the Transact Payment Portal

  1. Log into your Stanley
  2. Click on the Campus Life tab.
  3. Scroll to Student Self-Service section, locate Student Accounts in the bulleted list, and click on “Pay Your Bill and Manage eRefund” which will take you to the Transact payment portal.
  4. From here you can follow the onscreen instructions to pay your tuition and fees, enroll in a payment plan, or if you are a new student, pay your seat deposit.

Payment Options

Make an electronic payment from your college savings account. No need to call your bank or plan administrator.  Quick receipt of payment and real-time validation of account posting. There is a $10.00 fee per transaction. If a payment plan is set up with autopay from a 529 plan, the fee is only added to the first payment.

Use your favorite debit or credit card to pay your tuition and fees quickly, easily, and securely.  Payments made using debit or credit cards are posted immediately!  We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. Please note there is a non-refundable 2.85% transaction fee for domestic debit/credit cards, 4.25% transaction fee for international cards, and a $3.00 minimum.

A free and convenient payment option! Also known as an ACH electronic funds transfer, you simply enter your U.S. checking or savings account information, and your one-time payment will be made electronically – no need for a paper check, a stamp, or worrying about if/when payment gets posted.

There is no set fee for international payments. Exchange rates and currency drive the amount required at transfer to match the USD amount you are trying to pay.

If you do not have the funds to pay the full amount of your tuition or would prefer not to, you can take advantage of our payment plan option which splits your total balance up into two separate payments. It takes only a few minutes to enroll, and you can take advantage of our auto-pay feature, allowing you to set it up once and have payments made for the duration of the plan. View an overview of Payment Plans. Transact charges a $35 payment plan enrollment fee, $10 late fee, and $25 NSF fee if the payment does not clear or there is not enough money in your account to cover the payment.

You may invite family members to become Authorized Payers.  Authorized Payers will have their own username and password, which will allow them to see your entire account and current balances, as well as the ability to store a preferred payment method.   To add an Authorized Payer, from the main page of the payment portal:

  1. Go to “My Account.”
  2. Scroll down to “Payer” section.
  3. Click “Send Payer Invitation.”

Enter the person’s name and email address and submit.

The system will send the recipient an invitation and a temporary password to set up their own account. They will have their own username and password and will be able to view and pay all account balances.

Authorized Payers and Guests can make payments here: https://commerce.cashnet.com/stclpay

Anyone can make a payment to your account as a Guest using only your Student ID number and your last name.  Guests will not see your account balances – they will only see the “Available Items” list.   If they want to make a tuition payment, they should select “Account Balance – Prepay” and enter the amount they would like to pay.

Seat Deposits

All new students are required to pay a nonrefundable seat deposit to hold their place in the program. Seat deposits are $350 and, upon successful registration, will be applied towards the student’s tuition and fee balance. To pay for a seat deposit, follow the instructions above on “Accessing the Transact Payment Portal.”

From the payment portal “Overview” page:

  1. Scroll down to the “Available Items” section.
  2. Select “Seat Deposit $350” – Note: you many need to scroll right to see it.
  3. In the pop-up window, select the TERM and click “Add to payment” at the bottom. This will take you back to the main payment page, in which you will see “Seat Deposit” listed in “Other Selected Items” section.
  4. Click “Check Out” and complete your payment.
  5. Alternately, from the payment portal “Make a Payment Page”:
    1. Select “Seat Deposit” within the “Available Items” listed.
    2. In the pop-up window, select the TERM & click “Add to payment” at the bottom. This will take you back to the main payment page, in which you will see “Seat Deposit” listed in “Other Selected Items” section.
    3. Click “Check Out” and complete your payment.
